Have you danced in the public before?

That's exactly what me and my friends did recently at the Laundry Bar at the Curve.

We ordered vodka with cranberry pretty good.. after few mouthful of alcohol we were all pretty relax and started chatting excitedly and one leads to another and there we go.. moving forward to the dance floor.. xin, the most capable dancer among us leads the way =p. Unfortunately the stage were pretty empty first time round. Probably it was still early (around 1am?)

So we went back to our seats (outdoor) disappointed... and few of us were actually first timer. After more snips of alcohol we were pretty bold and went up to the stage( xin the dancer, me and kaya) again when its more crowded on the stage.

Xin dance so naturally while kaya were not bad too... looks like she's doing some light boxing haha. Me on the other hand were stiff as a tree as expected =p after awhile we can tune into our inner self as if we were alone and just enjoy dancing. The music were blaring so loudly I could hardly hear wat xin or kaya uttered. It was an enjoyable and pretty exciting night and though vincent owe us a "1min dance on stage by himself" after he lost in the bottle game we played and I haven got a chance to see jing or bebe dance yet..

Not much of a worry becoz jing seems pretty high dat nite and she promised will dance as well the next trip. bebe I am sure a pretty good dancer too hehe. The question is when are we going back?

Oh man I hope I will not get addicted to this!

Pets Exhibition Fair at Midvalley

Went to Midvalley pets exhibition fair not long ago during one of my lunch break .
And what we saw were cute rabbits, puppies couldn't resist myself from not petting them =p

And the winner is.....

The intelligent, energetic, cutie pie JACK RUSSELL cost RM800!! =( Although they are all caged up in a small cage. I will just have to trust the owner to take good care of them after all they are his "rice-bowl"

Somehow the bigger version of dogs like golden retriever were not seen in the exhibition.

Pasta Zanmai at Midvalley Megamall

Pasta Zanmai

I had a small birthday celebration with close friends at the Pasta Zanmai, Midvalley recently. We were pretty impressed with the delicious and well decorated food. The service was pretty good too and it was packed on a friday night!

Terriyaki chicken Pasta. Love the sauce!

Unagi Pasta. This is delicious!!

Seafood pizza. Generous amount of prawns and mushrooms etc on a thin crust pizza.

Pita wrapped with vege and meat

Waffle ice cream~ delicious and probably it's made of high quality ice cream as it doesn't melt at all after I came back 10mins later from the wash room!

And finally the birthday cake arrived !!
Marshmallow cheesecake.. yummy!!

Friends Forever~ lots of kisses hehe

Korean BBQ House

A night out trying out new food- Korean BBQ.

We went to Desa Sri Hartamas where a couple of korean cuisines were seen there and Koreans were seen everywhere we go.There's even grocery shops for koreans with Korean wordings. We decided to go for Korean BBQ House and were well greeted by the staffs. There were 3 sections of seatings place. The tamama style, normal seatings and private rooms.

We ordered beef brisket (RM32), pork belly (RM35) and spicy beancurd soup (RM15).Being a first timer to Korean Cuisine I was pleasantly surprised that there are complimentary dishes served. A total of 10 small bowls size of dishes including my favorite potato salad, tofu, spicy ikan bilis with peanuts, a big chunk of kimchi, steamed cabbage with paste, spicy seng kuang or in chinese called "sa kok", fried pan cakes, 2 other types of steamed veges etc. In fact, these dishes can be filled up once finished. In other word, it's unlimited! hehe.

The BBQ-ed beef brisket and pork belly tasted great with the salty oil-like paste and wrapped with lettuce. The BBQ session was actually prepared by the staff there. All u have to do is eat while the staff barbeque the meats and distribute it evenly to us.

The spicy bean curd soup came piping hot, was rather large in portion and full with beancurd and "lala" in the soup. It wasn't that spicy for me and tasted abit mild actually.

Afterwards we received another 2 complimentary dishes which are corn with meats and steamed eggs. Wow.. there are certainly lots of complimentary dishes in korean cuisine. And the bill came we got a 10% discount promotion too. The food we ordered can be shared by 3 person and cost around RM80 before discount.

Sushi King

I went to midvalley sushi king just few days ago. It was a RM2 per plate sushi promotion and also a birthday celebration for my beloved ktar buddy, Elly. She's a sweet girl and everyone adores her.. let me post some pictures here..

Due to lack of time we didn't take much pictures as the promotion only has a time limit of 60mins!! The 6 of us had a total of 50 plates at least...

The red shirt guy was her darling and the guy at the left is ball.. very indulged in their conversation it seems.. And the Birthday gal smiling at the cam.

Py happily eating her Salmon Sushi.

P/S: And Chew, being the photographer.. had to sacrifice her shadows in this outing... thanks gal for the beautiful pics kaka!
