Eating at Ikea's Cafeteria

Recently I went to Ikea for the bargain sales which is ending in 16th of August.
taking the opportunity to shop for best buy, we stopped at the cafeteria for lunch. It was packed on a sunday!
The cafeteria style remind me of high school canteen system I used to watch in TV. Where customers took a tray and queue, grab food and pay. Everything is self service thus there's no service charge. I am pretty impressed to see a tray trolley ( where multiple of trays can be stack properly in it to carries food) as expected from a famous , innovative furniture manufacturer. Well to be honest, that's the only eating place I see tray trolley like that is around. he...

So anyway back to the food they serve there. Mostly are swedish style of cooking. And I suppose their meatballs are their specialty. Though choices are not many and their portion seems small, it's the quality that counts right?

Swedish Meatballs with french fries (can be replaced by a big potato cut into half if you are health conscious but I recommend the fries as it taste pretty good dipping in the strawberry jam)
The meatball is pretty compact and tasted great! Love the meatball sauce!
Cost RM5 per plate for 5 pcs of meatballs, RM10 per plate for 10pcs and RM14 per plate for 15pcs.

This is not on the menu not sure what it's called so I named it the breakfast set. It cost RM8.90 comes with 2 sausages (okay lah not bad), their mashed potato ( very compacted and the quality is there) and coleslow( standard taste lo).

Chicken leg herbs comes with lemon sauce. The taste of lemon sauce is so mild that I can hardly taste it. This is probably more suitable for someone who is on a healthy diet plan as it's very healthy in terms of the way it's cooked and everyhthing tasted MILD. Cost RM12.9 if I am not mistaken.

Lastly the Poached Salmon with cheese. Also tasted extremely mild. This dish did not intrigue my appetite at all. and it's the most expensive dish compared to other dishes. Cost RM14.9 if I remember correctly.

Location: IKEA (Nearby The Curve, IKANO) @ Mutiara Damansara
Parking Fees: Free if you bought something from IKEA.
Drinks: Bottomless at RM1.50 for soft drinks and bottomless coffee at RM3.00. =D
Atmosphere: Designer's look cafeteria with clean washroom. =D
Crowdedness: Very crowded at lunch hour.
Cleanliness: 4 out of 5
Likeness to comeback: Definitely! Solely for the Swedish Meatballs! =)
